The client reached out after visiting our show villa in Jumeirah Park and being deeply impressed. Having recently experienced a failed landscape makeover, he was looking to turn his outdoor space into a personal sanctuary that felt like a tranquil resort. With an existing pool in place, he wanted features like a pergola, a bar, and a barbecue station similar to our show villa—yet tailored to his own lifestyle and the character of his home. 

CLIENT PROFILE & lIFESTYLe

The client and his wife, both in their 80s and retired from England, have lived on grand estates and carry a love for refined green spaces. Now in Dubai, they wanted a low-maintenance yet elegant outdoor space that would be safe to walk, beautiful to view from inside, and perfect for hosting friends and family. Their dream was a resort-like experience that honored their past but worked for their present.

Design PHILOSOPHY & EXECUTION

This design centered around safety, fluidity, and visual harmony. Inspired by the 26-acre English estate, the client shared through videos, the challenge was to bring the feeling of expansive elegance into a modest-sized Dubai villa. Natural materials, warm lighting, and personalized layouts made the space feel both grand and intimate. Every detail, from floor levels to plant selection, was planned with their age and comfort in mind.

FINAL OUTCOME & CLIENT REACTION

The client got emotionally touched by the transformation. They described it as their “dream come true” and expressed heartfelt appreciation in both a personal video testimonial and written note. Their real estate agent, upon visiting post-completion, said it was the most beautiful villa he’d seen in Jumeirah Park.
