Varsha, a long-time friend and experienced global resident, wanted a complete interior overhaul of her apartment in Executive Towers. With plans to relocate to Dubai from Singapore, her dream was to transform an outdated apartment into a stylish, vastu-compliant, and luxurious living space that also offered solid investment value.

Vision & DESIGN NEEDS

The apartment was in its original condition and required complete modernization. Varsha relied fully on Sejal and the Milestone team to reimagine the space—from flooring to ceilings, including bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, and lighting. Vastu principles guided the layout and color palette, and every decision was made with both emotional resonance and future resale potential in mind.

EXECUTION & CHALLENGES

Executing a full renovation in an apartment setting presented challenges: restricted work timings, elevator logistics, and noise limitations. Yet, Milestone completed the project on time through meticulous planning, sufficient manpower, and efficient material handling.
